DISCONNECT is our brand new course, designed to help hairdressers “unlearn” their automatic patterns and habits. This workshop will help your creative process to purely focus on the moment and what is needed, understanding references and the limitless possibilities of creation when we do not think with our old patterns.
This course thoroughly dissects the relationship between creativity and beauty.
DISCONNECT explores, in detail, the use of advanced disconnection and its
forms, shapes, and placements. We want to encourage our students to step out
of their comfort zone to create modern looks that will propel them into the next stage of their career.
FOCUS :- 2 hands on sessions – 2 demonstrations – Following cultural references – Disconnection lecture – Disconnections and placements – Shapes and Techniques explained – Razor Work – Refining and personalising a haircut – Non traditional methods of styling
Minimum 3 years of experience / English Speaking Class /

DISCONNECTION LECTURE
Thanks to our digital lectures and animated diagrams, students will understand how
disconnections works and how hair react and fall in different areas of the head. WHY,
WHEN and HOW to use disconnections is the focus of the day |

DEMO
We will take the students to the thinking process of creating a tailored haircut that
requires not only technical abilities but working with cultural references that enhance the
individual’s character . Finished with non traditional ways of styling. |
