Agnese Varda

Agnes Varda, was one of the pioneers of the French new wave in the 60’s. Her
style of films were inspired by real people and real life experiences. She was a
long time feminist, showing women their real place in movies.

We wanted to adapt her philosophy into our collection. Exaggerating the
silhouette of voluptuous shapes in this collection and de-fetishising the female
form from a male’s perspective.

This collection celebrates a strong confident woman.
